Why Malcolm Young Was The Best Guitar Player in AC/DC (4 Iconic Malcolm Young Riffs)

Angus Young is probably the first name you think of when talking about the guitar playing in AC/DC. But there is a solid argument to be made that Malcolm Young’s guitar playing was just as important. Rhythm guitar is an essential part of their music and Malcolm was a master of laying down a rock-solid foundation for his brother’s lead guitar parts. In this lesson, Kent will be going over some of Malcolm’s greatest guitar parts as well as a few ways you can nail his tone. If you’re trying to pick out Malcolm’s parts in an AC/DC song, they usually have Angus and Malcolm’s guitars panned to either side in stereo. #acdc #malcolmyoung #guitareo Get this lesson in writing here: https://ift.tt/DkKEwgJ Learn guitar here: https://guitareo.com ______________________________________________________ 0:00 - Intro 1:05 - Malcolm's guitar tone & gear 3:19 - Power chords 5:27 - Meanstreak 7:53 - Thunderstruck 9:17 - Let There Be Rock 11:11 - Shoot To Thrill 12:48 - Outro ______________________________________________________ Follow us: ►Guitareo: https://ift.tt/x3C40MZ ►Facebook: https://ift.tt/kLygxiD ►Instagram: https://ift.tt/Pln7jYg

The 5 Best Grunge Riffs of the 90s

Let’s be real… it’s impossible to come up with a truly objective top 5 guitar riffs list. Everyone out there likes and appreciates something a little different, and there’s nothing wrong with that. So when Ayla set out to create a top 5 list of the best grunge guitar riffs of the 90s, she made sure to spend some time asking other guitarists which five riffs they thought should make the cut. In this lesson, Ayla will be teaching you how to play those five iconic grunge guitar riffs from the 90s. Every single riff that made the list uses some sort of dropped tuning. For the sake of keeping things easy, Ayla will be teaching the riffs in standard tuning. HAVE YOU EVER TRIED AN 8 STRING?

Ibanez RG5328 - https://ift.tt/ImBAreo https://ift.tt/TRt6hHA HAVE YOU EVER TRIED AN 8 STRING? This is the Ibanez RG5328 8 string monster! The Ibanez RG5328 is a 24 fret, double humbucker guitar with an ebony fretboard, wenge and maple neck, and an ash body. The humbuckers in this Ibanez RG5328 are passive DiMArzio Fusion 8 edge ceramic pickups. With a Tusq nut, stainless steel frets, 27" scale length and 430mm fretboard radius this Ibanez RG5328 is a beast. Some other great features on this 8 string Ibanez are the Gotoh locking tuners and glow in the dark side dots. The 3 way switch lets you use the humbuckers as you normally would but with the coil tap engaged, it's more like Telecaster pickup positions with both humbuckers split. It's worth noting that this Ibanez RG5328 also comes with a hard case. Greetings and thank you for watching this video.
