How To Play a Pinch Harmonic

15 years ago, I decided to teach how to play a pick squeal/pinch harmonic - this is a technique that I always really enjoyed as a fan of Zakk Wylde, Joe Satriani and Steve Vai. This PRS custom 24 coupled with my orange Rockerverb 50 amplifier really were the perfect partners for this demonstration.

I always wanted to own one but never quite had the budget. My New Guitar From The Himalayas Is Ridiculous!

My new guitar came all the way from Kathmandu, Nepal 🇳🇵 This is the Sahana Whochill, handmade by Sahana Guitars in the Himalayas. I’ve actually owned this guitar since last year, but somehow never got around to giving it the proper demonstration it deserves — so today we’re fixing that! This is my third Sahana guitar, and there’s something genuinely special about what these guys are building. Beautiful instruments, unusual designs and a story you simply don’t get from a mass-produced guitar. There’s also a particularly good reason to support Sahana at the moment. Following the recent disaster in Nepal, Sahana are donating a percentage of their profits to help those affected. That isn’t why I made this video or why I love their guitars, but I wanted to make sure you knew about the good work they’re doing.
