Guitarmory Pickups Sky Nail limited edition pickup set #shorts

Guitarmory is proud to present the new “Sky Nail” Humbucker set, our first offering designed in collaboration with co-owner Rob Chapman. The distinctive 80s “aged zebra” styling gives a clue to its tonal characteristics – Ceramic, high output, smooth and articulate, Rob says “Imagine He-Man wielding a huge scyth going to battle on the back of a giant Eagle… now imagine that image as a sound and you have the Sky Nail set. Not for the faint hearted, these will roll off to a beautiful crispy blues tone, but are happier fully engaged, ready to absolutely melt all the faces in your audience. I named these pick ups specifically after my Chapman Ghost Fret because they remind me so much of that guitar through a hard driven valve amp” We hope you love the new Sky Nail humbucker set available right now direct from Guitarmory https://ift.tt/N73zGPr #shorts #Guitarmory #Chappers

Acoustic Guitar Classics - The Joker By The Steve Miller Band

In this beginner guitar lesson, Ayla Tesler-Mabe tackles “The Joker” by the Steve Miller Band. This is a great song to learn if you’re a fan of the acoustic guitar, and only have some basic skills under your belt. Before we get started, it’s important to know that we’ll be learning how to play this classic tune in a different key than the original recording. That way, we can use open chords that you’re likely already familiar with. To make things even easier, we’ll keep the strumming pattern as simple as it can get. The chords you’ll need to know to play this song are G major, C major, and D major. If you’re not comfortable playing and switching between these chords yet, you can take some time to get them nailed down before proceeding with the rest of the lesson.
